Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Site. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
